Dallas County

Dallas County covers 385 sq miles with a population of 2.4 million people and is the eastern side of the DFW Metroplex.   There are 31 cities and towns in Dallas County, including the city of Dallas which is home to 1.2 million people and is the ninth largest city in the US. 

North Dallas County

Some of the most amazing homes in the metroplex are located in North Dallas County.  Real Estate varies from uptown condos, sprawling multi-million dollar estates, 1950's ranch style homes to master-planned communities with large Texas-style homes and everything in between.

Just to the North of Downtown Dallas is the area known as Park Cities. A few miles west of Dallas, Irving is the 12th largest city and home to affluent communities of Las Colinas and Valley Ranch.  The median price for a home in Irving is $136,200.  Irving is home to over 40 Fortune 500 companies and 25+ corporate headquarters.  Irving features a planned business and residential urban center. 

Richardson is just north of Dallas. Known as the "Telecom Corridor of the Southwest", it is home to TI, MCI, Northern Telecom and 500+ high-tech companies.  The master-planned community of more than 100,000 residents enjoy exemplary schools and  excellent location to major highways such as SH190, I635, the Central Expressway and DART.  Almost half of the homes in Richardson were built in the 1970's and the median price for a single family home is $180,000.

Coppell is in the northwest corner of Dallas County just minutes from the DFW Airport.  Great access via SH 190, 635 and I-35 makes for an easy commute to anywhere in the Metroplex.   Known as a city with a small town atmosphere with the big city amenities,  Coppell showcases the best of Texas Living.  The average sales price for a home in Coppell is $285,900.

Northwest of Dallas and only 10 miles from the DFW Airport is the city of Carrollton. Recently named by Money magazine as one of the best places to live in the US, Carrollton offers a wide variety of homes and is known for its strong economic base, industrial-smart parks and charming Historic Downtown area. The average home value is $128,100
